One Year Pictures

It took a while, but I finally got Daphne's one year pictures back. I think they turned out great! Daphne is such a big girl. We have taken the bottle completely away and she is doing fine, she still enjoys sucking on her binky though. She is walking around everywhere and loves to follow Blake around. Just recently she has shown a great love for books. She can say Daddy and baby and can sign bye, hi, food, more, milk, night night, and all done. Right now I'm working on having her learn to sign please and thank you and to have her learn to fold her arms for prayer.

Family Pictures

School Project

Blake had to decorate a feather to put on a turkey at school. I helped a little, but he did most of it himself. He was very pleased with how it turned out.

Halloween

Daphne dressed up all cute for Halloween day. Thanks Grandma Crane, it fits just right!

Tim and the kids at the ward trunk r' treat.

This years masterpiece pumpkins, carved by none other than Tim. Thomas the train took about 4 hours. When he got done, Blake loved it of course, and says, "You're the best daddy ever!"

Silly Kids

Blake and Daphne are too cute. I always find them doing something funny. Blake fell asleep and this is how I found him. In the video the kids found a way that they both can enjoy the tricycle. Enjoy!

Halloween Cookies

I love this time of year. There's so much fun baking to be done. We decided to make sugar cookies and had a blast. We had a friend come over and help us, but somehow she managed to stay out of the pictures...next time we'll get her.:)

Paddlefishing

Tim and his brother were able to go paddlefishing this year. They had a great time and both filled their tags.

Roca Berry Farm

We went to a local pumpkin patch and had a great time, despite the chilly weather. We went through a corn maze, played on the life size Candyland game, played on the tricycle trails, went on a hayrack ride, and cut our very own pumpkins. It was a great day!

Talent Show

Our church held a talent show and Blake wanted to participate. He decided to show his catching and throwing skills. He did a great job!

Daphne Turns One!

Daphne turned one and had a great day. I made her a butterfly cake and a cupcake flower. Blake was so excited to give her a "girl" train. Thank you to everyone for all the gifts. She loved them!

Walking

Daphne has begun walking and is doing a great job. She took a few steps when we were in Washington, but didn't walk again until the beginning of October. She is really getting around and Blake loves to help her.

Apple Jack Festival

We went to the Arbor Day Farm for the Apple Jack Festival. We were able to pick apples, have a picnic and do a lot of exploring. The farm had a lot of outdoor activities for the kids.
